You’ll find links, contact information, and services offered by Wisconsin organizations that provide business assistance services throughout the State.
County summaries provide a snapshot view of county's top industries, and employers. You'll find select data on population, top paying occupations, unemployment rate, and more. Select the county of interest either from the map or from one of two lists to the left of the map.
Occupation Profile provides information by county of selected occupations. Some of the information provided are active job opening, skills and additional details, wage information, occupation projections, apprenticeship programs, schools, licensing, potential industries where an occupation may be found, and more.
Using a job title or a keyword related to a job, this tool enables you to select multiple counties to review and compare wages. You can see entry, average and experienced level wages for the counties selected, as well as state, metropolitan statistical area and balance of state areas.

The Large Employer Search is presented to give an understanding of the types and sizes of companies and industries that employ workers in Wisconsin. Select the area type, area, ownership, and industry sector you are interested in and press Get data for a list of the top 25 employers. This information is updated on a quarterly basis.
For more detail, select an employer off the top 25 list to see the establishments owned by that parent company. Select one of these establishments and the employer profile for that location is provided. If the employer selected does not have multiple establishments, the profile is provided right away.

Labor Market Information (LMI) is a critical piece in your business strategic planning. LMI can be used in making decisions for marketing, determining the available labor pool, hiring staff, paying wages, determining site locations, or expanding your business.
Employer name, address, industry type and employee-size range is viewed by county. There are three ways to select a county of interest. Once a county is selected there are three ways in which you can obtain employer information about that county type in the specific business name, select an industry or type in an occupation. Once you receive your results you can view the employer profile for name, address, phone number, employee-size range and specific type of industry.
NOTE: A maximum of 1,000 employers can be displayed at a time. If the list is more than 1,000 employers, look for a notation at the bottom of the table that reads: "Consider using the Employer Name search type and try adding more information."
