07/2015 3 Month Moving Data: 3 month data sets for CES are now available through the BLS website.
03/2015 2014 Benchmark: All seasonally and not-seasonally adjusted statewide and area series employment, hours and wages from January 1990 to December 2014 have been revised in the annual benchmarking process. For more information, see Annual Benchmark. In addition, the Seasonally Adjusted Madison MSA is not available due to a restructuring (addition of Green County). For more information, see MSA Definitions.
03/2014 2013 Benchmark: All not-seasonally adjusted statewide and area series employment, hours and wages from January 1990 to December 2013 have been revised in the annual benchmarking process. All seasonally adjusted data have been updated for 1990-2013. For more information, see Annual Benchmark

03/2011 2010 Benchmark: All not-seasonally adjusted statewide and area series employment, hours and wages from April 2009 to December 2010 have been revised in the annual benchmarking process. All seasonally adjusted data have been updated for 1990-2010. For more information, see Annual Benchmark
11/2010 Cautionary note to users: New methodological procedures by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) require state employment estimates to be in closer alignment with the national estimate. This results in increased volatility in employment statistics from month to month.
03/2010 2009 Benchmark: All statewide and area series employment, hours and wages from April 2008 to December 2009 have been revised in the annual benchmarking process. For more information, see Annual Benchmark
07/2009 Fond du Lac MSA was restored for CES publication. All missing data was benchmarked for consistency with other MSAs.
03/2009 2008 Benchmark: All statewide and area series employment, hours and wages from April 2007 to December 2008 have been revised in the annual benchmarking process. For more information, see Annual Benchmark
03/2008 2007 Benchmark: All statewide and area series employment, hours and wages from April 2006 to December 2007 have been revised in the annual benchmarking process. For more information, see Annual Benchmark
03/2008 2007 NAICS revision publication. Employment has been revised from January 1990 to December 2007 for Racine and La Crosse MSAs and for all MSAs from April 2006 to December 2006.
01/2008 Elimination of BLS-published series for the 65 smallest national MSAs, as measured by 2006 annual average employment. For Wisconsin, this means that Fond du Lac county will no longer be published as an MSA.
